Aziza Khamitova
Is an English language teacher with 13 years of experience, the founder of the educational center RAIZ, a participant in the TV project “Online Mektep”, and a senior lecturer at KazGUU University named after Maksut Narikbayev. She is also a graduate of the Higher School of Education at Nazarbayev University, holding a master’s degree in Leadership in Education: Inclusive Education.
Aliya Sabitova
Is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in legal support for social projects and interaction with government agencies. She holds a master’s degree in inclusive education. Aliya is the founder of the Clover Foundation, a public organization focused on the development of inclusive education. She is also the founder of the Up&Go network of correctional centers for children with developmental disabilities and the InCare inclusive platform, which helps families find nannies and caregivers, including for children with special needs.
Gulmira Parmysheva
The Kishkentai project has been producing eco-toys for speech development in children with special needs since 2018:
- Own production;
- Inclusive workshop.
Products are created by people with disabilities of groups 2-3;
- An innovative product with no analogues in the country and nearby countries. A registered patent for an industrial design.
- A comprehensive and expert product.
- Results for children.
To date, we have helped launch and develop speech for over 25,000 children.

Asem Tazhieva
Asem Tazhieva is a researcher and initiator of social projects on early intervention, inclusive education, and digital inclusion. She is the founder of Ozim Platform Foundation and Ozim Solutions Ltd., an expert at the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, and an advisor at the Graduate School of Education at Nazarbayev University. Together with a team of researchers, she developed the Ozim Platform mobile application.
Ozim Platform is a mobile application designed for parents of young children and children with special needs. This social impact startup is listed in the UN Digital Public Goods registry and holds Digital Public Goods status. The IT solution aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 and 4.
